SCENERY
The putsch of the last month in Azerbaijan had submerged the region of Caucaus in a great crisis.The new military Goverment with the support of foreigns oil companies, protected by the USA and his natural allied in the region, the Turkey,had proclamed his intentions to start the construction of a oil pipe line between Baku and the Black Sea.The concessi๓n of this work was gived to the consortium of Oil Companies.This old proyect was not accepted by the old legitim Azerbaijan Goverment under the actual conditions imposed by the oil consortium and is also denied by the Georgian Goverment(The pipe line must cross a great part ofthe Georgian territory).Georgia, under the pressure of the military Govermentof Azerbaijan and after continuos violation of his airspace had requested again the help and protection of Russia.V-VS HQ of District Caucasus had decided to send the eskadra of LtCol Gesav with his MiG-29A and MiG-29s to the airfield of Gudauta,in Georgia.The eskadra must protect the safety, integrity,soberanity and liberty of Georgia.
